SHIPPING

Shipping is free in France

Deliveries in France and in the EU are made within a maximum of 2 to 3 working days. The delay varies outside the EU and also depends on the customs systems of each country.

Deliveries of our made-to-order products have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks depending on the product. You are informed of the delivery time before you finalise your purchase and regularly updated afterwards.

Our delivery partners are COLISSIMO, DHL, FEDEX and UPS. All shipments are tracked and signed for.

Delivery Europe: 30€

Worldwide delivery: 50€

RETURNS

Returns are free in France.

Returns must be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt using the returns documents provided on delivery.

Before returning your order it is necessary to notify us of your withdrawal within 7 days to the email address eshop@rives-paris.com

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with the various labels still attached and in the original packaging. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface until you decide to keep them.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been credited. Refunds are made using the same payment method and currency as the purchase.
